Crunchy Carachoc Cookies with Chocolate and Peanuts

Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Cream the Butter and Sugar:
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the unsalted butter and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. This should take about 3-5 minutes.

Add Egg Yolk and Vanilla:
Add the egg yolk and the vanilla sugar to the butter mixture. Mix until well combined.

Combine Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift the flour and gradually add it to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined to prevent overworking the dough.

Gently fold in the chopped chocolate and roasted peanuts until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Shape the Cookies:
