Pineapple Lemonade

Pineapple Lemonade is an easy and delicious drink for spring and summer. A fun twist on classic summer lemonade for all of your parties, baby showers and fun get togethers. The perfect party punch for kids and adults!

I have been making this pineapple lemonade for years and it’s always a hit. So simple and perfect for last minute gatherings.

We are officially kicking off summer this week. No more school! We survived seventh grade! Wahoo. I know it’s earlier than most but we start back to school the first week of August and I’m never ready for that.

Now it’s time for cookouts and swimming pool time. We had our first cookout of the season on Friday. It was our typical impromptu get together but so much fun.

My husband and kids made me an awesome bar- height table for the deck for Mother’s Day. It is the perfect addition to our deck and pool area. It’s so dang cool, I will have to get some pictures to share.

The top is made from two huge cedar slabs from a tree that they cut down on the ranch while clearing brush. My guys are so talented.

While we were getting the grill ready we had chips, guacamole and my Aunt Carolyn’s homemade salsa that my mom was sweet enough to share. I will have to see if I can share that recipe with y’all, it is seriously the best ever.

I made a batch of this Pineapple Lemonade and it was the perfect drink with the chips and salsa.

We grilled the biggest T-bone steaks with some amazing creamy dill potato salad! You might have caught a glimpse on my instastory – on instagram. I share lots of behind the scenes there if you like that sort of thing.

Good food and time with my family, my favorite things. It was just the best time and it was exactly what I needed after a hectic week.

We spent a few days with my folks in Arkansas last weekend and I spent this week catching up. It was like a whirlwind, I don’t even know where the week went.

There really needs to be a vacation after vacation time, ya know? Time to recover before going right back to the crazy-busy every day stuff. Of course, I rarely take a day off and still had to work while we were there. I still need a work intervention.
